Particle Board Production Process

1. Flakes preparation section

(1). Particle board wood chipper machine is the first step for this section, the machine have two rotary knife, when the machine is running the rotary knife will rotating and it will cutting the wood into flakes and the running speed will effect the flake thickness. so we can change the running speed to adjust the flakes thickness.

(2). After making the wood chipper, the chipper will be transferred to wet material silo, and then the spiral feeder running and the chipper will  be transferred to belt evenly. Silo has the function of temporary storage and uniform discharge.

(3). Wood chipper crusher, the wood chips are conveyed from the silo through belt conveyor to the chipper crusher, the crusher machine will crush the wood chipper very small that can be use by the other process.


2.Dryer and sifting section

(4).One-passage dryer machine, the wood chips be send into the dryer machine from the inlet, after the dryer machine heating and drying transfer to vibrating screen.

(5).The wood chips are conveyed from the dryer machine through belt conveyor to the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen separates the large wood chips and the small wood chips. and then the qualified surface materials will be stored in the surface dry sheet silo,the qualified core material will be stored in the core dry sheet silo. 



3.Glue regulating and blending section

(6).After scaled, the core and surface flakes are to be effectively and uniformly mixed with qualified glue independently viaface layers glue blender machine and core layers glue blender machine. 


4.Forming and hot-pressing section

(7).The surface and core flakes are sent into particle board forming machine, and forming on the mat conveyor uniformly, after process of metal remover.

(8).Continue roller press machine, After the forming machine the material will be transfer to continue roller press machine, at this section, the rough board will be initially formed.

(9).after the continue roller press machine the rough board will be cutting by the saw machine, and then loading into the hot press machine for hot pressing. this step is the most improtant, after the pressing the board are pushed to unloader via pallet.


5.Cooling and sizing section

(10).The rough board is conveyor to star-cooler for cooling, then the rough board goes through side trimming saw and become a qualified particle-board, stacked on the hydraulic lift.
