1. The main frame for the hot press machine

We use the Q235 steel to form the hot press frame, the top and down beam height is 900mm, we form the hot press machine with double style frame that pressure more than 600T, the plate we generally use the Q235 steel, and also can use the Q345 steel according to the customs

2. All the electric control system is used the Siemens brand, such as PLC, contactor intermediate relay, the good quality will ensure the machine have a good performance

3. WUXI brand cylinder, chrome surface, anti-rust treatment, iron cast and heavy duty. 360mm diameter cylinder of hot machine weight is 1.9T

4. Hydraulic station uses TAIWAN hydraulic technology. It uses the SIEMENSE motor, KINYUN solenoid valve, TAIWAN HEANG hydraulic pump. It is mute, dustproof and no-maintance.
