Wooden pallet factory layout:

1. Chip preparation section:

The raw materials are reduced into quality chips by a drum chipper. The chips are then transported to a bin for transition storage. They are then fed to a ring-knife flaker, where the chips are converted into flakes, then into flakes. The flakes are then stored in a wet flake bin.

2. Drying & Sifting Section:

The chips from the wet chip bin are sent to the dryer. Quality core chips after screening are stored in the core chip bin; oversized chips are delivered to the mill for grinding and stored in the surface chip bin.

3. Glue setting & Applying:

After scaling, the core and surface flakes must be mixed effectively and uniformly with the required glue separately in their respective glue mixers.
